Charlotte Katakuri is a prominent antagonist from the popular manga and anime series, One Piece. He is the second son and one of the Three Sweet Commanders of the Big Mom Pirates, serving as the Minister of Flour in Totto Land.
Katakuri first appears in the Whole Cake Island Arc, specifically in Chapter 860 of the manga and Episode 825 of the anime. He is renowned for his immense strength, observation Haki capable of seeing slightly into the future, and his Mochi Mochi no Mi, a special paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows him to create, control, and transform into mochi.
